How do I type emojis on iPhone?

Add the emoji keyboard once: Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard → Emoji. Then tap the 🌐 globe or 🙂 face in the bottom-left of the keyboard whenever you want to switch.
